Creating Cleaner, More Hygienic Learning Spaces

As schools and colleges re-open, here are some simple solutions to help reduce the spread of germs1 at K-12 and higher education facilities.

No sharing.²

This includes electronic devices, books, games, learning aids and other class equipment. If shared, clean/disinfect between use.

Avoid face-touching.³

Teach the importance of washing before/after touching the eyes, nose, or mouth.4

Encourage use of disinfectant wipes on personal items like cell phones, and work/living spaces as appropriate.

Routinely clean and disinfect frequent touchpoints on school buses, including surfaces commonly touched by the operator.5
