Caring for our people

Our number one priority is, as always, the health and safety of our extraordinary employees and loyal customers around the world. We’ve taken a number of aggressive actions to help minimize the risk of exposure, including implementing new procedures in our mills and distribution centers to restrict visitors and ensure safe distances. We’ve also deployed deep-cleaning protocols, limited travel, and implemented remote work wherever possible.

Caring for our customers

We’re keenly aware that the world needs our products like never before. To meet this surge in demand, we have significantly accelerated production and are working around the clock to ensure our products are available where and when they are needed most. At the top of the list are the heroic men and women working in healthcare and critical infrastructure who are on the frontlines of support during the crisis.

Despite these efforts, we recognize the demand for our mission-critical products may at times exceed our ability to supply them. We understand how challenging this can be, and we are doing everything within our ability to serve you during this time of extreme disruption. Our commitment to our customers and users has not wavered.

Pricing of our products

Recent media reports have brought greater attention and concern to the pricing of critical products during the pandemic. We regularly review our pricing strategy to ensure our products are sold at the most appropriate prices in the marketplace.  We have strongly encouraged our distributors and resellers to do the same. While we do not control the pricing set by our distributors and resellers, we also do not condone or support pricing actions by our distributors and resellers that take advantage of the current crisis.

We take these concerns seriously and are prepared to take action to combat and prevent price gouging on our products during this time.

Caring for our communities

As part of our commitment to serving our communities during this challenging time, we have announced a scholarship program to help small business cleaning organizations provide critical training on infectious disease prevention and control measures for their employees. The “Empowering Our Essential Heroes” program is in collaboration with ISSA, the leading trade association for the cleaning industry worldwide, and the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a division of ISSA.
